“Balik TFC Promo”
TERMS AND CONDITIONS – ABS-CBN JAPAN INC.
 

1. The “Balik TFC Promo” is a promotional offer of ABS-CBN Japan Inc. (“ABS-CBN”) to give Eligible Customers (defined below) discounted rates when they re-subscribe to an IPTV Premium or IPTV Lite subscription package within the Promo Period (defined below) for a one-year subscription contract, with auto-payment renewal enrollment (the “Promo”).

 

2. The Promo is available only to customers of ABS-CBN who are (a) of legal age, (b) legally residing in Japan, and (c) an IPTV Premium or IPTV Lite subscriber with an IPTV box version 2.2 who terminated or discontinued its subscription of ABS-CBN’s TFC IPTV Subscription Service between 15 May 2023 to 30 April 2025  (the "Eligible Customer/s; "You").  Void where prohibited.
 

3. All Eligible Customers will automatically have free access to an IPTV subscription package between 15 May 2025 to 15 June 2025 (the “Free Access Period”). The discounted subscription rates shall be available to new IPTV subscriptions availed by Eligible Customers between 16 June 2025 to 16 September 2025 (the “Promo Period”).
 

4. To avail of the Promo, Eligible Customers must do the following:
   a) Call the ABS-CBN Customer Support Hotline directly at the number stated below.
   b) Subscribe to an IPTV Premium or IPTV Lite package for one (1) year with a start subscription date within the Promo Period and enroll on auto-payment renewal. The discounted rates listed below shall only apply for a period of one (1) year. Thereafter, regular subscription price shall apply.

   c) Customer must provide the following details to ABS-CBN Customer Support Hotline representative to complete the registration and accept the terms of the IPTV Subscription Application Form (SAF):
      a. Full Name;
      b. Address;
      c. Email Address;
      d. Phone Number; and,
      e. Credit Card Information (excluding the 3-digit security number), for auto-renewal option.

   d) ABS-CBN will email Customer a copy of the IPTV Subscription Application Form (SAF) and Privacy Notice via email and Customer shall return a signed copy of the SAF to the email address designated by ABS-CBN.

6. ABS-CBN reserves the right, at its sole discretion to cancel, modify, withdraw, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Promo with or without prior notice to Customer for any reason whatsoever or any other problems beyond the control of ABS-CBN.  Any such cancellation, modification or suspension may be done by ABS-CBN without notice and without incurring any liability whatsoever.

7. Customer warrants that he/she has voluntarily availed of the Promo and agrees and acknowledges that ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“ABS-CBN Group”’) shall not be liable for, and that Customer shall hold ABS-CBN and the ABS-CBN Group free and harmless from, any loss, claim, suit, proceedings, or damage in connection with the Customer’s participation in, or availment of, the Promo.
 
8. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

9. The Promo shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
