Secure your OEC online

Step 1
Got to POEA Balik-Manggagawa Online Processing System website www.bmonline.ph to create your account and schedule your appointment.
Do not forget your log-in and password as you will use these again to access your account. (see step 5)
Step 2
Bring original and photocopy of the following documents to POLO-OWWA office on your appointment date:
- Passport – make sure that your passport has a validity of at least 6 months at the time of your intended departure from the Philippines. Otherwise you will need to apply first for a passport extension.
- Valid work visa/work permit or equivalent document. Your UAE visa should be valid at the time of departure from the Philippines.
- Proof of employment (returning to same employer such as Employment Contract, Certificate of Employment/ Company ID/ Pay Slip). If you are a Household Service Worker (HSW: servants, babysitters, nannies, private tutors, private drivers, private nurses and cooks), you will need to present your verified employment contract. HSW are those holding household-based visa categories. If your contract is unverified, proceed to verification room for processing.
- Round trip ticket
- Printout of completed OEC Form (from Step 1)
Step 3
Complete Pag-ibig and OWWA forms. If you do not know your SSS, TIN and Pag-ibig numbers, request assistance from the staff on duty.
Step 4
Pay the following at their respective counters:
Pag-ibig: You will need to pay at least 1 month Pag-ibig contribution (AED10). You can also make advance payments (optional).
OWWA: Membership contribution of AED92 is payable only if (1) It is your first time to become an OWWA member (those who converted their visit visa to work visa); (2) you have changed employer since your last OWWA payment (those who transferred to a new visa sponsor); (3) your employment contract has been changed/amended by your existing employer since your last OWWA payment; and (4) it has been 2 years since your last OWWA payment.
OEC: Processing fee of AED1C.
Step 5
Access your account at https://www.bmonline.ph/
Click my transactions tab then click print OEC
Keep your OEC and present this to the Philippine Immigration during your return to UAE. Your OEC is valid for 2 months. You must use it to exit the Philippines within 2 months from the date of issuance.
