No. There are no individually assigned seat numbers.

For seated ticket categories, seating within the designated section is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

We therefore recommend arriving early, particularly if you are attending with family or friends and would like to sit together.

Seats cannot be reserved in advance. If your group would like to sit together, we recommend arriving and entering the venue together.

Platinum and Gold ticket holders will be given access to the venue ahead of general admission ticket holders.

Exact Early Access and check-in times will be communicated closer to the event.

Early Access and Soundcheck will operate within scheduled time slots. Late arrivals may miss some or all of these benefits.

No. The Photo Op is a group photo opportunity with Ice Seguerra, with up to 10 guests per group.

The schedule and instructions will be communicated to eligible ticket holders. Official group photos will be available on TFC Europe’s Facebook page a few days after the event.

The Group Photo Op is included with Platinum tickets.

A separate Photo Op Add-on may also be purchased by eligible concert ticket holders, subject to availability.

No. The Photo Op Add-on does not include concert admission. You must have a valid concert ticket to participate.

The Photo Op will follow the event’s group photo format.
