Official Terms and Conditions

1. PROMO TITLE

TFC Dubai Barrio Fiesta 2026 Countdown Promo (the “Promo”)

2. PROMO ORGANIZER

This Promo is organized by ABS-CBN Middle East FZ-LLC, operator of TFC Middle East (the “Organizer”), in partnership with its presenter sponsors GCash and botim.

3. PROMO PERIOD

The Promo will run from January 12, 2026 to February 1, 2026, inclusive (the “Promo Period”).

4. ELIGIBILITY

The Promo is open to all individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Must be eighteen (18) years old and above at the time of participation
• Must be a legal resident of the United Arab Emirates
• Must have a valid UAE mobile number (+971)
• Must successfully complete the mechanics of either GCash or botim during the Promo Period

Employees of ABS-CBN Middle East FZ-LLC, GCash, botim, their affiliates, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

5. HOW TO JOIN

Participants may join the Promo through either of the two (2) sponsor mechanics below. Participation through one sponsor is sufficient to earn an entry.

A. GCash Mechanics

• • Download the GCash app.
  • Register your customer information using your +971 (UAE) mobile number.
  • Take a screenshot of your successful registration.
  • Submit the screenshot via the TFC Dubai Barrio Fiesta Countdown Promo website.
  • Wait for the weekly announcement of winners.

B. botim Mechanics

      2. Register your customer information.
      3. Take a screenshot of your successful registration.
      4. Submit the screenshot via the TFC Dubai Barrio Fiesta Countdown Promo website.
      5. Wait for the weekly announcement of winners.

Note: Only one (1) entry per valid UAE mobile number and app registration is allowed.

6. PROMO SCHEDULE AND PRIZES

7. WINNER SELECTION
   • There will be one (1) dedicated GCash winner and one (1) dedicated botim winner of AED 500 each week for three (3) weeks.
   • The Grand Draw winner of AED 10,000 will be drawn from all valid and eligible entries across both sponsor mechanics.
   • Draws will be conducted under the supervision of the Organizer or its authorized representatives.

8. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
   • Weekly winners will be announced on the TFC Middle East Facebook page.
   • The Grand Draw winner will be announced live during the sponsor stage segment of the Dubai Barrio Fiesta event on February 8, 2026 and will also be posted on the TFC Middle East Facebook page.

9. WINNER VALIDATION
   • Winners will be contacted through phone call, SMS, email, or official TFC Middle East channels.
   • Winners must present a valid Emirates ID and the same proof of registration submitted during entry.
   • Failure to comply with validation requirements within the prescribed period may result in forfeiture of the prize, with a replacement winner drawn.

10. PRIZE REDEMPTION
    • All prizes are in cash (AED).
    • Prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible.
    • Any taxes or government charges, if applicable, shall be shouldered by the winner.

11. DISQUALIFICATION

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant or entry found to be:

• Incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent
• Using fake, duplicated, or tampered registrations
• In violation of these Terms and Conditions

12. DATA PRIVACY

By participating in the Promo, participants agree to the collection, use, and processing of their personal information solely for Promo administration, in compliance with applicable UAE data protection laws.

13. PUBLICITY

By accepting the prize, winners authorize the Organizer to use their name, image, and likeness for publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

14. ORGANIZER’S RIGHTS

The Organizer reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or cancel the Promo and/or these Terms and Conditions, subject to applicable laws and regulatory approvals.

15. GOVERNING LAW

This Promo shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
