Important: Please read these Official Rules before participating in this Promotion. Your participation in this Promotion constitutes your agreement to and acceptance of these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a Prize is contingent upon compliance with these Rules.

OFFICIAL PROMOTION RULES.  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER THE PROMOTION OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFICIAL RULES BELOW. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook. The Entrant understands that he/she is providing information to ABS-CBN and in accordance with the Official Rules below. The Entrant agrees to release Facebook completely of all liability in relation to his/her participation in the Promotion.

1. Sponsors and Promotion Period

The “Bahay Mo, Panalo Mo, I-WORLDREMIT MO” (the “Promotion” ) –  PROMOTION FOR US, CANADA, and UK (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by ABS-CBN International in the United States, ABS-CBN Canada ULC in Canada, ABS-CBN Europe Ltd. in United Kingdom (the “Sponsors”; “ABS-CBN”)

For participants in the United States:
The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) on October 20, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PST on January 23, 2026 (the “US Promotion Period”). For participants in Canada:
The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on October 20, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on January 23, 2026 (the “Canada Promotion Period”). For participants in the UK:
The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Greenwhich Mean Time (GMT) on

2. Eligibility and Exclusions

The Promotion is open to legal residents of:

• The United States
• Canada (excluding Quebec)
• The United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland)

Entrants must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority and a legal resident in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.

Additional Requirement for Grand Prize: The winner of the house and lot must be a Filipino citizen owning a Philippine passport at the time of the Grand Draw and during the period of any legally permitted property transfer.

IF AN ENTRANT DOES NOT MEET THE FOREGOING REQUIREMENTS OR ANY OTHER ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES, THE ENTRANT IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO WIN A PRIZE AND SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO AWARD THE APPLICABLE PRIZE TO THE ENTRANT.

Exclusions: Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsors, WorldRemit, their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, distributors, advertising or promotional and judging agencies, persons engaged in the development, production, or distribution of materials for this Promotion (collectively “Sponsors and Sponsors Affiliates”) and their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.

Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Odds of Winning and How to Enter:

The odds of winning any Prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received by Sponsors during the overall Promotion Period and during the time period that applies to a particular draw.

By participating in the Promotion, submitting an Entry, and/or accepting a Prize, each Entrant hereby grants consent and permission for the Advertiser and/or Sponsors and their affiliates to use, publish, mention, distribute, or exhibit your Entry, including any and all information therein and attached thereto, including but not limited to the Entrant’s name, image, likeness, answers to Promotion questions/photos, worldwide, in any media and in perpetuity, for purposes of promotion, marketing, advertising, and exhibiting the Promotion, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

Entries must be submitted during the Promotion Period online through the website link indicated on Sponsors’ TFC Facebook or social media pages (the “Promotion Website”).

Each eligible entry submitted by an Entrant (“Entry”) gives the Entrant a chance to: (a) participate in the Promotion and be eligible to win a Cash Prize during the applicable Period, and; (b) be included in the draw for the Grand Prize.

The Promotion has the following Mechanics:

Option 1: Send Money with WorldRemit (Primary Method)

• Entrant must download the WorldRemit mobile application, available on Google Play and the Apple App Store. Entrant must register in the application by providing their customer information.
• Entrant must send money from the US, Canada, or UK to the Philippines using the WorldRemit mobile app.
• Entrant must take a screenshot of the successful transaction showing the transaction number and/or the name of the Entrant.
• Entrant must submit the screenshot at the TFC promo website at https://www.joinnow.ph/bahaymopanalomo and provide the following details:
  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Contact Number
• Only entries submitted during the Promotion Period will be eligible to win during the applicable monthly draw. Each valid transaction screenshot is equal to one (1) raffle entry. Entrant may submit a maximum of one (1) submission per day under this Option 1 for the duration of the Promotion Period. Further, Entrant may submit multiple entries, as long as each submission corresponds to a unique transaction (with one screenshot of successful remittance transaction).

Option 2: Alternative Method of Entry (No Purchase Required to enter without completing a money transfer transaction)

• Entrant must download the WorldRemit mobile application, available on Google Play and the Apple App Store. Entrant must register with the WorldRemit application by providing their customer information.
• Entrant must visit the TFC promo website at https://www.joinnow.ph/bahaymopanalomo and complete the entry form with the following details:
  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Contact Number
• Entrant must upload a screenshot of the WorldRemit registration, and answer the question: “WHY ARE YOU DESERVING OF THE BRAND-NEW HOUSE AND LOT?”
• Only entries submitted during the Promotion Period will be eligible to win during the applicable monthly draw. There is a limit of one (1) submission per Entrant under this Option 2 for the duration of the Promotion Period.

General Rules for Entry (Both Options):

• All entries must be received during the Promotion Period.
• There is no additional entry fee to enter the Promotion.
• Duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
• Normal internet/data charges apply.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to reject an entry, where an Entrant is in breach of these Rules, the WorldRemit use of service Terms and Conditions and / or where any successful money transfer is made and / or entry received by the Sponsor before or after the Promotion Period.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for any entries not received by us for any reason and we cannot guarantee entry for mis-spelt, corrupt or ineligible entries, or entries where any of the information provided is incorrect.
• We will not tolerate any attempts to excessively manipulate the outcome in any of our Promotions. No bulk, automated, machine assisted, third-party, syndicate, or other group entries will be accepted, including using multiple emails or WorldRemit accounts. We will disqualify any entries which in our reasonable opinion appear to have used any of these methods.

By submitting an Entry, Entrant agrees that:

1. Entrant warrants that his/her Entry does not contain illegal, obscene, defamatory, objectionable or infringing material. Entrant understands and agrees that Advertisers and/or Sponsors do not support nor endorse any Entry submitted by the Entrant and such Entry does not necessarily reflect the opinion or policies of Advertisers and/or Sponsors, nor of their employees, directors, shareholders, officers, agents, or representatives.
2. Entrant represents and warrants that he/she owns, and/or has secured any and all necessary rights in and to his/her Entry. Entrant represents and warrants that his/her Entry does not violate the right of any party or entity, including but not limited to invasion of privacy or infringement of intellectual property rights.
3. Entrant hereby grants Advertisers and/or Sponsors and their subsidiaries and affiliates an unencumbered, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, exhibit, encode, compress, encrypt, synchronize, display, and distribute his/her Entry related to the Promotion, in whole or in part, in any and all media or platform now existing or hereinafter developed. Entrant waives and agrees not to assert the Entrant’s so-called “moral rights”, if any.
4. Entrant gives his/her consent, without compensation to Advertisers and/or Sponsors to use his/her Entry for publicity and promotional purposes in connection with Sponsors.
5. Advertisers and/or Sponsors shall not be liable in any way if the Entry or part of it is lost,  misplaced, stolen or destroyed.
6. Upon submission, the Entry becomes the property of Advertisers and/or Sponsors and will be used to administer the Promotion and may be discarded without notice.

4. Promotion Schedule

The Promotion consists of three (3) Monthly Draws and one (1) Grand Draw at the end of the Promotion.

Each draw will be held on the date noted above at Sponsors’ affiliate’s offices in Manila, Philippines. Updated information will be provided by the Sponsors (and/or Advertisers) on the Promotion Website and on such other Facebook Pages, or on such other platforms or media as may be determined by Sponsors.  Sponsors reserve the right to change the schedule (draw date/coverage) at its sole and reasonable discretion.

5. Prizes

There are Twenty-Two (22) Prizes that will be awarded, namely:

Monthly Prizes (3 months)

• 6 winners each month (2 per market – US, Canada, UK).
• Each winner receives USD 1,000.
• Total Monthly Cash Prizes: 18 winners, USD 18,000.

Grand Draw

• 1 winner per market (3 total) each receive USD 1,000.
• 1 Grand Prize Winner receives a brand-new house and lot in the Philippines valued at approx. USD 34,000

Grand Prize Conditions:

• Winner must be a Filipino citizen.
• The prize is located in the Philippines.
• Taxes, registration fees, transfer costs, and legal expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
• If permitted under Philippine law, the house and lot may be transferred to a nominee who meets nationality requirements.

Total Approximate Value of Prizes: USD 21,000 + house and lot.

* THE GRAND PRIZE IS LOCATED IN THE PHILIPPINES AND THE WINNER OF THE GRAND PRIZE MUST BE A FILIPINO CITIZEN AT THE TIME OF THE GRAND DRAW AND DURING THE PERIOD OF ANY PROPERTY TRANSFER THAT MAY BE PERMITTED UNDER THESE RULES AND APPLICABLE LAW. SPONSORS UNDERSTAND THAT UNDER APPLICABLE LAW THE GRAND PRIZE MAY BE TRANSFERABLE (TO ANY THIRD-PARTY WHO MEETS THE PH NATIONALITY REQUIREMENT) AS NOMINATED BY THE WINNER. SPONSORS PROVIDE NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO ANY TRANSFER OF THE GRAND PRIZE AND THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER MUST SATISFY HIMSELF OR HERSELF THAT ALL LEGAL REQUIREMENTS ASSOCATED WITH THE ACCEPTANCE, POTENTIAL TRANSFER, AND USE OF THE GRAND PRIZE WILL BE COMPLIED WITH. ALL ASSOCIATED TAXES, FEES AND LEGAL EXPENSES SHALL BE AT WINNER’S SOLE EXPENSE (WHETHER UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES, CANADA, UNITED KINGDOM AND/OR THE PHILIPPINES, AS MAY BE APPLICABLE).

Except as expressly permitted and except for the Grand Prize as described above, Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash other than with the express, advance approval of Sponsors.  Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to substitute a Prize in whole or in part with one of comparable or greater value. All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specifically provided herein are the responsibility of the Winner. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, PROVINCIAL AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

With respect to the Grand Prize, all taxes, registration and transfer costs and any other fees or expenses arising out of or in connection with the Grand Prize, whether under the laws of the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and/or the Philippines, as may be applicable, shall be the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner.

Winners shall indemnify and hold Sponsors and their affiliates, and respective officers, stockholders, directors, employees, and representatives, free and harmless from any cost, liability, expense, penalty, or damage which may arise in connection with the Promotion and any Prize.

6. Random Draws and Winner Confirmation Process

The potential Cash Prize Winners for each of the Periods and the Grand Prize Winner will be selected by a random draw from among all eligible Entries received as identified by dates in the table in (“Draw”). The draw will be conducted by Sponsors whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Promotion.

During the Promotion Period, there will be twenty-one (21) Cash Prize Winners and one (1) Grand Prize Winner for a total of twenty-two (22) Winners.  An Entrant can only win once throughout the duration of the Promo, and each Cash Prize Winner’s additional Entries will be removed from the Grand Prize Draw.

Winners will be contacted using the phone number and/or email provided by Entrant in his/her Entry.  The Sponsors will make at least three (3) attempts over two (2) business days, during office hours to contact the potential Winner.  If all of those attempts are unsuccessful, the Winner’s Entry will be declared void and another random draw will be held for another potential Winner. Sponsors is not responsible for any change of mailing address, email address, and/or telephone number of any of the Winners.

Any of the potential Winners who are residents of Canada, they will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill-testing question.

Winners are subject to verification. Each potential Winner will be required to complete and return to the Sponsors, by the stated deadline, a release (the “Release”) that will confirm the potential Winner’s: (i) compliance with the Official Rules; (ii) acceptance of the Prize as awarded, without substitution, (iii) release of the Sponsors’ respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any liability in connection with the Promotion and the Prize; and (iv) grant to the Sponsors the right to use the Winner’s name, city and province/state of residence and likeness in connection with a Winner’s List and any Sponsors’ marketing and advertising. The Release must be returned within the time period specified by the Sponsors or the Prize may be forfeited at sole discretion of the Sponsors. If the potential Winner fails to meet any of the eligibility or other requirements of these Rules, does not respond to the communication or return the completed Release by the specified deadline, Sponsors may in their sole discretion and without right of appeal, disqualify the potential Winner and select an alternate potential Winner as above, until the Winner is declared.

The Cash Prizes will be remitted by Sponsors to each Winner at their nominated bank account or remitted via the Sponsors’ nominated partner or service provider as arranged between Sponsors and the Winner at the time of notification.

Each Winner shall be required to present/provide a valid ID, and any other supporting documents as prescribed by Sponsors, as a requirement for claiming of any Prize.

To collect the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize Winner must coordinate directly with ABS-CBN, and shall be required to submit any supporting documents, as a requirement for claiming of the Grand Prize, and must comply with all requirements as may be determined and relayed by Sponsors, and any and all legal requirements that may apply to the acceptance and any permitted transfer of the Grand Prize.  The Grand Prize Winner shall be responsible for payment of any taxes, transfer costs, and legal expenses associated with the acceptance of, and any permitted transfer to a third party of, the Grand Prize.

7. General Conditions

Prizes are non-transferable unless otherwise described herein and approved by appropriate legal authorities.

By entering the Promotion, Entrants agree to allow the Sponsors to send them communications related to the Promotion.

Any attempt by any Entrant to submit more than the permitted number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant’s Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Normal internet access and data charges imposed by your internet/wireless phone service provider may apply. See your internet/wireless provider for pricing plan details. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and Entries by any means which subvert the Entry process are void.  Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.

Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected Entries, which will be disqualified. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar Entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, promotion Entry services to create fraudulent email addresses, and/or identities) will void all Entries by that entrant.

Sponsors or Sponsors’ affiliates are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion or by any human error which may occur in the processing of Entries.

Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any Entry for any Entrant who tampers or attempts to tamper with the operation of Promotion; violates these Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion without notice, if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, any acts of God, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other problems beyond the control of the Sponsors. Any of the Prizes may or may not be awarded, in the sole discretion of the Sponsors.

Each Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in the Promotion, any associated travel, or use or redemption of any Prize or component thereof.

Sponsors are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the promotion materials, advertising, or the offering or announcement of any Prize.

Each Entrant acknowledges that he/she has voluntarily entered the Promotion without any   compensation and assumes all risks arising from or associated with his/her participation in the Promotion, including his/her submission of the Entry.

8. Compliance with the Official Rules

By submitting an Entry, the Entrant agrees that he/she is eligible to enter the Promotion as described in these Official Rules and will comply with the Official Rules.  Entrant grants permission for Sponsors to use his/her name and contact information for purposes relating to the administration and promotion of this Promotion and for the Sponsors’ additional advertising without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

Disputes must be resolved individually, without class action, and through arbitration.

As a condition of participating in this Promotion, Entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, through arbitration. For residents of the USA all such disputes shall be dealt with exclusively subject to Massachusetts law. For residents of Canada, all such disputes shall be dealt with exclusively subject to Ontario law and federal law applicable therein. For residents of the UK, all such disputes shall be dealt with exclusively subject to English law.

Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than Entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering the Promotion). Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued in accordance with law by a duly authorized representative of Sponsors. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

10. Privacy

Any personal information an Entrant provides in connection with this Promotion shall be used by Sponsors to administer the Promotion, contact Entrants, and for other purposes, such as agreeing to receive email newsletters periodically from the Sponsors, from which you can opt-out of receiving at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter. Information submitted in connection with the Promotion will be treated in accordance with the Sponsors’ Privacy Policy posted on the Sponsors’ website: https://mytfc.com/Privacy-Policy-Notice.

The Sponsors’ Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated by reference into these Official Rules and applies to the applicable Entries.

11. Winners List

Winners will be announced on TFC Facebook pages and BRGY segments on TFC feed or in such other program or platform as may be determined by the Sponsors.
