Official Rules

Important: Please read these Official Rules before participating in this Promotion. Your participation in this Promotion constitutes your agreement to and acceptance of these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a Prize is contingent upon compliance with these Rules.

1. Sponsors and Promotion Period

The “Bahay Mo, Panalo Mo” (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by:

• ABS-CBN International, 1350 Old Bayshore Hwy Ste 520 PMB #314, Burlingame, CA 94010, USA
• ABS-CBN Canada ULC, 100 Consilium Place, Suite 200, Scarborough, Ontario M1H 3E3, Canada
• ABS-CBN Europe Ltd., Office 344, 239 Kensington High Street, London W8 6SN, United Kingdom
  (collectively, the “Sponsors”).

Promotion Period:

• United States: October 20, 2025 (12:00:01 a.m. PST) – January 23, 2026 (11:59:59 p.m. PST)
• Canada: October 20, 2025 (12:00:01 a.m. ET) – January 23, 2026 (11:59:59 p.m. ET)
• United Kingdom: October 20, 2025 (12:00:01 a.m. GMT) – January 23, 2026 (11:59:59 p.m. GMT)

The Sponsors’ computer clock is the official timekeeping device for this Promotion.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of:

• The United States
• Canada (excluding Quebec)
• The United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland)

Entrants must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction at the time of entry.

Additional Requirement for Grand Prize: The winner of the house and lot must be a Filipino citizen owning a Philippine passport at the time of the Grand Draw and throughout any legally permitted property transfer.

Exclusions: Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsors, WorldRemit, their affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, and their immediate family/household members are not eligible.

Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter:

Option 1: Send Money with WorldRemit (Primary Method)

• Register and send money from the US, Canada, or UK to the Philippines using the WorldRemit mobile app.
• Take a screenshot of the successful transaction showing the transaction number.
• Submit the screenshot at the TFC promo website (link provided on TFC social media) and fill-up the following details:
  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Contact Number
• Each valid transaction screenshot = 1 raffle entry.
• Limit: 1 submission per day per Entrant.

Option 2: Alternative Method of Entry (No Purchase Required)

• Register with the WorldRemit app.
• Visit the TFC promo website and complete the entry form with the following details:
  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Contact Number
• Upload a screenshot of your WorldRemit registration.
• Answer the question: “Why are you deserving of the brand-new house and lot?”
• Limit: 1 free entry per person per week.

General Rules for Entry (Both Options):

• All entries must be received during the Promotion Period.
• Duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
• Automated or bulk entries are prohibited.
• Normal internet/data charges apply.

4. Promotion Schedule

The Promotion consists of three (3) Monthly Draws and one (1) Grand Draw.

Draws will be held at Sponsors’ offices in Manila, Philippines. Dates are subject to change.

5. Prizes

A total of 22 Prizes will be awarded:

Monthly Prizes (3 months)

• 6 winners each month (2 per market – US, Canada, UK).
• Each winner receives USD 1,000.
• Total Monthly Cash Prizes: 18 winners, USD 18,000.

Grand Draw

• 1 winner per market (3 total) each receive USD 1,000.
• 1 Grand Prize Winner receives a brand-new house and lot in the Philippines valued at approx. USD 54,000

Grand Prize Conditions:

• Winner must be a Filipino citizen.
• The prize is located in the Philippines.
• Taxes, registration fees, transfer costs, and legal expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
• If permitted under Philippine law, the house and lot may be transferred to a nominee who meets nationality requirements.

Total Approximate Value of Prizes: USD 21,000 + house and lot.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.
• Each Entrant can only win once during the Promotion.
• Winners will be contacted by phone and/or email. At least 3 attempts will be made within 2 business days.
• If unresponsive, an alternate winner may be selected.

Canadian Winners: Must answer a skill-testing question to claim their prize.

Verification: Winners must provide valid government-issued ID and may need to sign a Release Form.

7. General Conditions

• Prizes are non-transferable except as required by law.
• By entering, Entrants grant Sponsors and WorldRemit the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation (where permitted by law).
• Sponsors are not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries, nor for technical failures.
• Sponsors may cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical issues, or other causes compromise the integrity of the Promotion.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

• US residents: Governed by Massachusetts law.
• Canada residents: Governed by Ontario law and federal laws of Canada.
• UK residents: Governed by English law.
• Disputes must be resolved individually, without class action, and through arbitration.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used for Promotion administration and as described in the Sponsors’ Privacy Policy: https://mytfc.com/Privacy-Policy-Notice.

10. Winners List

Winners will be announced on TFC Facebook pages and BRGY segments on TFC feed.
To request a winners list, mail a stamped self-addressed envelope to the Sponsors’ addresses listed above.
