 Registration Eligibility:

• ALL ASAP XP Australia Diamond and Platinum ticket holders are eligible to access the exclusive VIP Meet & Greet and Soundcheck Access.

• ALL eligible ticket holders MUST register at mytfc.com/ASAPAustralia. No registration, no access.

• Registration period: June 20 – July 15, 2026 11:59PM AEST

How to Register:

• Check your ticket. Meet & Greet and Soundcheck Access for Show 1 ticket holders is on July 23. Those with Show 2 tickets will have their Meet & Greet and Soundcheck Access on July 24.

• Go to mytfc.com/ASAPAustralia and select the Meet & Greet and Soundcheck Access link.

• Click your show, choose your preferred timeslot and batch.

  o One ticket = one timeslot. Duplicate entries may be cancelled.

  o Bundle ticket holders may register for 2 slots – on the same or different days. Make sure to assign the correct seat and name of the ticket holder.

• Each ticket holder must register for themselves. No companions are allowed without a valid ticket.

SOUNDCHECK ACCESS

1. Access to Soundcheck Access / Rehearsal Sneak Peek

a. Diamond and Platinum ticket holders also get access to rehearsals inside the main hall. Please keep your wristband on at all time – without it, you may be escorted out of the venue.

b. Schedule: July 23 & 24 | 3-5PM

2. Rehearsal Schedule

a. Rehearsals follow a strict timeline, so we cannot guarantee you’ll see your favorite artists rehearse. Enjoy the sneak peek as the schedule allows.

3. Photography Guidelines

a. You may take photos during rehearsals (no flash allowed) BUT VIDEO RECORDING is strictly prohibited.

VIP MEET & GREET SCHEDULE AND BATCHES

Those who purchased Diamond tickets also get a chance to have a Meet & Greet session with some of our ASAP XP Australia artists.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

• Important Note on Scheduling: Because this is a live production, all schedules for Meet & Greets and Soundchecks are subject to change without notice due to flight delays, production requirements, or artist health. We will ensure that even if specific lineups shift, the overall value of your Diamond experience is maintained. 
• Merchandise Collection: The Exclusive ASAP Shirt and VIP Gift included in your Diamond ticket will be distributed on the event day on July 25, 2026, at the TikTok Entertainment Centre. These items must be collected at the venue after your ticket has been scanned. Items will not be shipped or available for collection after the event has concluded. 
• Arrival Times: Diamond ticket holders may be required to arrive 1–2 hours before the scheduled start time of the pre-show activities to ensure the delivery of all benefits. 
• Identification: We only need a valid Diamond/Platinum ticket and 1 valid government ID at check-in to verify and receive your benefits.  
• Program Changes: Given the dynamic nature of live events, we may need to make changes to parts of your Diamond/Platinum perks, including start times, specific talent availability for Meet & Greets, or merchandise designs. In such cases, we will ensure alternatives of equivalent value are provided. 
• Refund Policy: Choose carefully, as refunds will not be provided for change of mind, missed registration, or inability to attend either the pre-show activities on July 23 or 24 or the main event on July 25. Refunds will only be paid where required by applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
