OFFICIAL REGISTRATION FORM

ARTISTS: FranSeth Francine Diaz and Seth Fedelin | KDLex KD Estrada and Alexa Ilacad | JMFyang JM Ibarra and Fyang Smith 
ELIGIBILITY: Exclusively to ticket holders of ASAP Vancouver event, first 100 to register successfully 
HOW TO ENTER 
1. Ensure you are a holder of a valid ASAP Vancouver 2025 concert ticket. 
2. Visit the official TFC registration page and complete the registration form on myTFC.com/ASAPFanMeetLoveTeams 
3. Required fields on the form are:  
a. Full name (matching a valid government ID) 
b. Email address 
c. Contact number 
d. City and Province/ State of Residence 
e. Short answer to the Q: Which NEW GEN LOVE TEAM are you excited to see in ASAP Vancouver
4. Upload a photo / screenshot of your ASAP Vancouver 2025 ticket 
5. Each participant must register individually using their own concert ticket. Registrations on behalf of others are not allowed. One ticket corresponds to one registration only. Companions are not allowed 
PROMO PERIOD 
1. Registration for the fan meet opens on Sept 30 and closes on October 10, 2025, 11:59 PM PT 
2. Confirmation of participants will be on October 11, 2025 through email 
3. Fan Meet will be held on OCTOBER 15, 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM PT. Venue will only be disclosed to the participants in the confirmation email.  
SELECTION OF PARTICIPANTS 
1. All eligible entries received during the promo period will be entered into an electronic raffle draw 
2. The first 100 to register will be selected. Registration may end early if the limited slots have been filled  
3. Participants will be notified via the email address provided in the submitted registration form. Failure to confirm within the stipulated timeframe may result in forfeiture of the fan meet opportunity 
4. Details of the fan meet will be confirmed via email. 
EVENT DAY REQUIREMENTS 
1. On the day of the fan meet, participants must present the following 
a. Valid government ID matching the information provided during the registration 
b. The fan meet access is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for other activities, tickets, cash or other items 
c. No companions are allowed.
