Diamond Ticket Holders: Get Ready for Your VIP Experience!
As a Diamond ticket holder, you're just a few steps away from your exclusive Meet & Greet with Kapamilya stars and a FREE Rehearsal Pass!

Here's how to register:
1. Select your Meet & Greet time.
2. Complete the registration form with your details.
3. Submit the form.
4. Look for your email confirmation within 2-3 days.
5. On August 29, bring your confirmation (print or digital) + your Diamond tickets to BP Pulse Live.

Important Reminders:
• This VIP experience (Meet & Greet and Rehearsal Sneak Peek) is exclusively for ASAP England Diamond (GBP 189/GBP 169) ticket holders.
• Registration is mandatory to access these perks. No registration, no access.
• Each Diamond VIP ticket grants one (1) VIP pass for one individual.
• Duplicate registrations are prohibited and may lead to cancellation.
• Time slots are first-come, first-served.

1. Meet & Greet Registration Guidelines
• One Ticket Per Diamond VIP Ticketholder:
Each Diamond VIP ticketholder is entitled to register for one (1) Meet & Greet pass only, which grants access for one individual. Companions or guests without a valid Meet & Greet ticket will not be permitted entry into the VIP area.​

• Personal Registration Required:
All VIP registrations must be completed personally by the ticketholder using a valid and active email address, which will be used for all event-related confirmations and communications.
Registrations completed on behalf of others are not allowed.

• No Duplicate Registrations:
Each individual may register only once. Multiple or duplicate registrations under the same name or email address are strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of all associated registrations. 

2. Time Slot Selection

• During registration, please select your preferred time slot.
• Only one (1) time slot per person will be accepted and confirmed. Duplicate submissions will be automatically voided.
• If your selected time slot is already full, you will be required to choose another available slot.
• Time slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Confirmation Process
• After completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email from TFC Marketing within 2–3 business days.
• This confirmation will serve as your official entry pass to the VIP activity. 

4. Event Day Requirements
• Check-In Requirements:
Upon arrival, please present the following at the VIP Registration Table to receive your wristband:

• A valid government-issued ID
• Your confirmation email
• Your ASAP Diamond event ticket (printed or digital form)

• Wristband Distribution:
Wristbands are mandatory for entry to the Meet & Greet and Rehearsal Sneak Peek. They will be issued based on your confirmed registration time slot only.

• Photo Op Guidelines:

• An official photographer will capture all Meet & Greet moments.
• Personal photography, including selfies, is strictly not allowed during the Meet & Greet.
• Photo sessions will be conducted in groups of ten (10) participants at a time.

• Rehearsal Sneak Peek Policy:

• Guests may take non-flash photos during the rehearsal segment.
• Video recording is strictly prohibited.
• We encourage you to share your experience on social media using the official hashtag: #ASAPinENGLAND
