Each purchase of Diamond ticket/s include Meet & Greet, Soundcheck, Exclusive ASAP Australia Shirt, and a VIP Gift Bag.


Communication: Please note that the contact details provided at the point of purchase (email) will be used to communicate all vital Diamond perks information.

Perks Briefing: An email will be sent to the original purchaser 25 business days before the event with specific timings and location details. If you have not received this email by July 21, 2026, please contact our support team via TFC Australia & New Zealand Facebook Page at https://www.facebook.com/TFCANZP.

Email Notification/s: An email will be sent with the final check-in time and location for the pre-show activities. Note: We are only able to send emails, so please make sure you register an active email address.

Pre-Show Activities (July 23 & 24): The Meet & Greet and Soundcheck (rehearsal sneak peek) will take place across July 23 and 24, 2026.

Meet & Greet Registration (Batch Selection):

Selection-Based: During registration at https://mytfc.com/ASAPAustralia, Diamond ticket holders must select one (1) Artist Batch (a pre-defined group of performers).

Capacity & Limitations: Each Diamond ticket entitles the holder to register for only one (1) batch. If your preferred artists are in separate batches, you must choose only one.

Talent Availability: Due to staggered flight arrivals from the Philippines and essential rehearsal blocks, not all 30+ artists will be available for the Meet & Greet sessions.

Soundcheck Experience (Rehearsal Sneak Peek):

Fixed Scheduling: The Soundcheck experience occurs during a specific, pre-determined technical rehearsal window.

Artist Appearance: Access to the Soundcheck does not guarantee the appearance of specific artists. Attendees will see whichever performers are scheduled for rehearsal during that specific time slot. Participants cannot choose or request specific artists for the Soundcheck viewing.

Important Note on Scheduling: Because this is a live production, all schedules for Meet & Greets and Soundchecks are subject to change without notice due to flight delays, production requirements, or artist health. We will ensure that even if specific lineups shift, the overall value of your Diamond experience is maintained.

Merchandise Collection: The Exclusive ASAP Shirt and VIP Gift included in your package will be distributed on the event day on July 25, 2026, at the TikTok Entertainment Centre. These items must be collected at the venue after your ticket has been scanned. Items will not be shipped or available for collection after the event has concluded.

Arrival Times: Diamond ticket holders may be required to arrive 1–2 hours before the scheduled start time of the pre-show activities to ensure the delivery of all benefits.

Identification: We only need a valid Diamond ticket and 1 valid government ID at check-in to verify and receive your benefits.

Program Changes: Given the dynamic nature of live events, we may need to make changes to parts of your Diamond perks, including start times, specific talent availability for Meet & Greets, or merchandise designs. In such cases, we will ensure alternatives of equivalent value are provided.

Refund Policy: Choose carefully, as refunds will not be provided for change of mind, missed registration, or inability to attend either the pre-show activities on July 23 or 24 or the main event on July 25. Refunds will only be paid where required by applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
