ASAP NATIN TO CALIFORNIA VIP PERKS 

 

1. PHOTO OPS WITH REHEARSAL SNEAK PEEK 
Date: August 2, 2024 | Friday 
Venue: Toyota Arena – VIP Club Lounge, 4000 Ontario Center, Ontario, CA 91764 

Mechanics: 

• All ASAP Natin ‘To in California ticket holders of $350 & $250 tickets are eligible to access the exclusive VIP experience of Photo Op and Rehearsal Sneak Peek. 
• All eligible ticket holders MUST register below. No registration, no access 
• Registration period: from June 22, 2024 – July 19, 2024, 11:59PM PT 

VIP Photo Op Schedule:  

Terms & Conditions: 

1. Registration:
   a. Each participant may register for one (1) ticket only, which grants access to one person. Companions without the corresponding VIP ticket will not be allowed.  
   b. Personal Registration: Registration must be completed personally using a valid email address, which will be used for all communication confirmations. Registering on behalf of others is prohibited. 
   c. Multiple registrations are strictly prohibited 

2. Time Slot Selection:
   Choose your preferred time slot upon registration. Duplicate entries will be voided; only one time slot per person will be confirmed via email. If a selected time slot is already fully booked, registrant must sign-up for another timeslot.  

3. Confirmation Process:
   After registering, expect a confirmation via email and/or SMS from TFC Marketing within 2-3 business days. 

4. Event Day Requirements:
   a. On the event day, present a valid government ID along with the confirmation email or SMS and your ASAP ticket (either $350 or $250, physical or digital) at the registration table to receive a wristband. 
   b. Wristband Distribution: Wristbands, which are required for entry to the Photo Op and Rehearsal Sneak Peek, will be issued based on your confirmed timeslot. 
   c. Photo Op Protocol: An official photographer will be present for the Photo Op. Personal photography or selfies during the Photo Op are not permitted. Photo sessions will accommodate groups of ten at a given time. 
   d. Rehearsal Photography: Participants may take photos (no flash photography) during the rehearsal sneak peek and are encouraged to share these on social media using the hashtag #ASAPinCALIFORNIA. Videos are strictly prohibited

2. SKIP THE LINE AND FAST LANE  
Date:  August 3, 2024
Venue:  Toyota Arena 4000 Ontario Center, Ontario, CA 91764  

VIP Gate Location:  To be finalized (separate gate or lane)  

Eligibility:  

1. All ASAP Natin ‘To in California 2024 ticket holders of $350 tickets are eligible to access the exclusive VIP Lane  
2. Present ticket (digital or printed) to the VIP Gate/Door Usher   
3. Upon confirmation, Usher will lead you to the VIP Concierge Table to claim your VIP Swag  

 

3. EXCLUSIVE VIP ASAP SWAG 
Date:  August 3, 2024  
Venue:  Toyota Arena, 4000 Ontario Center, Ontario, CA 91764  
Location:  VIP Concierge Table / Reception Area  

Eligibility:  

1. All holders of $350 tickets for ASAP Natin ‘To in California 2024 are entitled to receive exclusive VIP ASAP swag. 
2. Present your ticket, either digital or printed, to the ASAP Staff at the VIP Concierge Table. 
3. Each ticket holder is eligible to receive one swag bag. 

 

4. DISCOUNT ON ABS-CBN RETAIL ITEMS 
Date:  August 3, 2024  
Venue:  Toyota Arena, 4000 Ontario Center, Ontario, CA 91764  
Location:  Concourse Area / Retail Booth  

Eligibility:  

1. All ticket holders of $350 and $250 for ASAP Natin ‘To in California 2024 qualify for a $5 discount on ASAP merchandise and other select items.
2. To avail of the discount, present your ticket—either digital or printed—to the ABS-CBN Staff. 
3. You may purchase multiple items in a single transaction. 
4. ​This discount is applicable for one-time use only. ABS-CBN staff will stamp your ticket to indicate the promotion has been used.
