BGYO FAN MEET MECHANICS:
ELIGIBILITY:
- The intimate fan meet with the P-Pop sensation BGYO is open exclusively to ticket holders of ASAP Natin To California event.
- Participants MUST be in the Ontario, California area at the time and date of the fan meet to be able to attend.
HOW TO ENTER
- Ensure you are a holder of a valid ASAP Natin To California 2024 concert ticket.
- Visit the official TFC registration page and complete the registration form on myTFC.com/ASAPFanMeetBGYO
- Required fields on the form are:
- Full name (matching a valid government ID)
- Email address
- Contact number
- State
- Short answer to the Q: why are you the biggest BGYO fan?
- Upload a photo / screenshot of your ASAP Natin To California 2024 ticket
- Each participant must register individually using their own concert ticket. Registrations on behalf of others are not allowed. One ticket corresponds to one registration only. Companions are not allowed
PROMO PERIOD
- Registration for the fan meet opens on May 15 and closes on June 30, 2024, 11:59 PM PT
- Announcement of winners will be on July 1, 2024 through the TFC Facebook pages
- Fan Meet will be held on *JULY 31, 1-2 PM. Venue will only be disclosed to the winners in the confirmation email.
SELECTION OF WINNERS
- All eligible entries received during the promo period will be entered into an electronic raffle draw
- 50 winners will be selected randomly
- Winners will be notified via the email address provided in the submitted registration form. Failure to confirm within the stipulated timeframe may result in forfeiture of the fan meet opportunity
- Details of the fan meet will be confirmed via email.
EVENT DAY REQUIREMENTS
- On the day of the fan meet, winners must present the following
a. Valid government ID matching the information provided during the registration
b. The fan meet access is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for other activities, tickets, cash or other items
