1. “TFC-IPTV JAPAN INFO UPDATE AND REWARD PROMO” is a subscription promo of ABS-CBN Japan Inc. (“ABS-CBN”) to existing TFC-IPTV subscribers (“Participants”) legally residing in Japan (“Territory”) to provide a JPY500 value e-gift voucher (Quo Pay Card) to eligible customers who will update their contact information in the TFC Customer Portal, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (“Promo”). By availing of the Promo, Customer unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with the Promo Terms and Conditions and represents to satisfy all eligibility requirements below. In addition, Customer agrees to accept the decisions of ABS-CBN in connection with the Promo as final, binding and non-appealable.

This Promo is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated, with Facebook and/or Quo Pay. Customer agrees to release Facebook and/or Quo Pay completely of all liability in relation to their participation in this Promo.
 

2. The Promo shall run from March 19, 2022 (00:01 a.m. Japan Time) to April 19, 2022 (11:59 p.m. Japan Time) (“Promo Period”).

3. The Promo is offered and is available only to ABS-CBN customers who meet all of the following requirements: (i) are of legal age and legally residing in Japan; and, (ii) are existing subscribers of TFC-IPTV, at the time and during the entire duration of the Promo Period. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

4. To avail of the Promo, Participant must do the following:

1. Update their subscriber contact information, i.e., email address and mobile number, by reaching out to ABS-CBN via any of the following channels:​

• Facebook Messenger (TFC ASIA page)​
• Inbound call (TFC JAPAN Customer Service Hotline)

2. Upon successful update, Participants will be notified via email with details on how to access the e-gift voucher which is an electronic gift check with monetary value.

5. The e-gift voucher will be sent to the registered email address of the qualified Participant within 30 days from the confirmed  and updated TFC IPTV account customer information.

6. The e-gift voucher is non-transferable and can only be used in all participating stores and establishments within Japan.

7. This Promo can be claimed once by Participant.

8. Participant shall be responsible for any fees, charges and/or expenses that may be imposed by local laws in connection with Participant’s participation in the Promo.

9. The Participant’s TFC-IPTV subscription is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Subscription and/or Use for their IPTV subscription. The Participant’s participation in this Promo is subject to ABS-CBN’s Privacy Policy available in this link: https://mytfc.com/Privacy-Policy-Notice

10. ABS-CBN reserves the right to withdraw or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Promo with or without prior notice to Participant due to reasons outside of its reasonable control and with no liability. Any such cancellation, modification or suspension may be done by ABS-CBN without notice and without incurring any liability whatsoever.

11. Participant agrees and acknowledges that ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“ABS-CBN Group”) shall not be liable for, and that Participant shall hold the ABS-CBN and ABS-CBN Group free and harmless from, any loss, claim, suit, proceedings or damage in connection with Participant’s participation in the Promo.

12. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

13. The Promo, including any questions concerning the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of Japan. Participant agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
