1. The “iWantTFC All Stream Bundle” is a promotional offer of ABSCBN Australia Pty. Ltd. (“ABS-CBN”) to provide a connected TV device (“Device”) to eligible customers who avail of an iWantTFC Premium Subscription Package for a (12) twelvemonth subscription period on an auto-renewal basis (the “Offer”). By availing of the Offer, Customer unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with the Offer Terms and Conditions and represents to satisfy all eligibility requirements below.
2. This Promo period is from 15 February 2022 to 30 June 2022.
3. The offer is available only to ABS-CBN customers who are of legal age and residing in New Zealand, and who are new iWantTFC Premium Plan subscribers, including previous iWantTFC Premium subscribers and existing iWantTFC Free subscribers.
4. To avail of the offer:
a. Customer must contact and/or inform the ABS-CBN Australia Customer Service directly;
b. Customer must subscribe to the iWantTFC Premium Subscription Package, a monthly subscription of Eleven New Zealand Dollars and 99/100 (NZD 11.99), for a period of at least twelve (12) months, through the registration page on the iWantTFC website, on autorenewal credit card payments; and
c. Customer must provide the following details which shall be used for shipping of the Device to the Customer, as well as for monitoring of the required twelve-month lock in period:
a. Full Name;
b. Address;
c. Email Address; d. Phone Number; and,
e. Credit Card Information (excluding the 3-digit security number)

Important: In case Customer opts to cancel or pre-terminate his/her iWantTFC Premium Subscription Package before the end of the required twelve (12)-month period, Customer is required to pay for the Device which will amount to Eighty New Zealand Dollars (NZD $80.00) (the “Device Fee”).
a. Customer will receive a 1st notice via email from ABSCBN once it has been determined that Customer has cancelled or pre-terminated his/her iWantTFC Premium Subscription prior to the end of the twelve-month period.
b. Customer will be given fifteen (15) working days from date of the 1st notice email to communicate or respond to the notice in order to facilitate payment via the nominated credit card, or via other acceptable modes of payment.
c. If there is no feedback from the Customer within the fifteen (15) days mentioned above, ABS-CBN will charge the Device cost on the nominated credit card on the 16th day from the date of the 1st notice email.
d. If charging on the nominated credit card was declined for any reason, a notice to collection agency will be released to the Customer.
6. Customer will be entitled to receive the Device, the brand of which shall be solely determined by ABS-CBN, at no additional cost, within New Zealand (all shipping and delivery costs shall be covered by ABS-CBN).
7. Upon confirmation of the Customer’s successful registration to the iWantTFC Premium Subscription Package, ABS-CBN will provide the Customer with the shipping information of the Device and shipping shall be made within ten (10) days from the confirmation of the registration, subject to delays should there be unavoidable and uncontrollable delivery issues encountered by the courier. Upon receipt of the Device, Customer may call ABS-CBN Customer Service for assistance on the Device installation and activation of the iWantTFC app on the Device.
8. Customers may avail of the Offer only once, i.e., each unique subscriber is entitled to receive only one Device under this Offer.
9. The Customer’s iWantTFC Subscription Package is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Subscription and/or Use of iWantTFC, and applicable Privacy Policy, which Customer must review and accept during the registration on the iWantTFC website, also available in this link:

10. The Customer’s use of the Device is subject to the separate Terms and Conditions of Amazon Fire TV Stick or Homatic Dongle Q and/or their respective third-party distributors or suppliers. Please ensure you read the applicable Terms and Conditions of the Device manufacturer, which is a separate and independent company unrelated to ABS-CBN and their parent and affiliated companies.
For Amazon Fire TV Stick streaming device:
The Amazon Fire TV Stick streaming device is subject to a manufacturer’s warranty for such period as indicated in the Terms and Conditions of the streaming device. If you should encounter any issues with the device, at any time during the product warranty period, please contact the manufacturer directly. 12. ABS-CBN reserves the right, at its sole discretion to cancel, modify, withdraw, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the offer with or without prior notice to Customer for any reason whatsoever or any other problems beyond the control of ABS-CBN. Any such cancellation, modification or suspension may be done by ABS-CBN without notice and without incurring any liability whatsoever.
13. Customer warrants that he/she has voluntarily availed of the Offer and agrees and acknowledges that ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“ABS-CBN Group”’) shall not be liable for, and that Customer shall hold ABS-CBN and the ABS-CBN Group free and harmless from any loss, claim, suit, proceedings, or damage in connection with the Customer’s participation in, or availment of the offer.
14. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
15. The offer shall be governed by the laws of Australia.
16. ABS-CBN is collecting your information for the purposes of processing your request to avail of this offer. We may use and disclose your information for the purposes of operating the offer, as well as any other use and disclosure practices described in our Privacy Policy, including transfers of the information to countries described in the Privacy Policy.
