5. Are there any VIP or meet-and-greet packages available? 
Yes, there are at least 300 SVIP/VIP tickets available per city. SVIP/VIP tickets include photo op with BINI (in groups of 8).  However, these tickets are sold on a first come first served basis. 
 

6. What time do the doors open for the concerts? 

  • Vancouver: 6:30 PM 
  • Edmonton: 5 PM 
  • Winnipeg:  6 PM 
  • Toronto: 5 PM 

 

7. Is there an age restriction for attending the concerts? 

  • Vancouver: 7 year old and above are permitted 
  • Edmonton: 1 year old and above are permitted 
  • Winnipeg: 1 year old and above are permitted
  • Toronto: All ages are permitted 

 

8. Can I get a refund if I’m unable to attend the concert? 
Refunds are not available, but you may resell your tickets if you bought it from ticketmaster (Vancouver and Edmonton) in accordance to Ticketmaster's resale policies. 

 

9. Are there any COVID-19 safety protocols in place for the concerts? 
Social distancing measures will be observed. 

 

10. Will there be merchandise available for purchase at the concerts? 
We are working on figuring out a way to cost efficiently bring from the Philippines and sell BINI merchandise at the venue locations.  Please wait  for further information in the next month regarding this matter. 

 

11. Can I bring a camera or recording device to the concert? 
Only phone cameras are permitted.  All other recording devices are NOT permitted. 

 

12. Are there any special accommodations for fans with disabilities? 
All venues have accessible seats, please contact the venue or visit the venue websites for additional information, 

 

13. What items are prohibited at the concert venues?

14. Is re-entry allowed if I leave the venue during the concert? 
Yes, re-entry is permitted as long as you have your tickets at hand.
