OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS – ABS-CBN EUROPE LTD.
Mechanics / Terms & Conditions:
1. This Offer is available only to customers of ABS-CBN Europe Ltd. ("ABS-CBN") who are of legal age and legally residing in the Middle East, Africa and Europe (except European Union countries), and who are: (i) existing subscribers of ABS-CBN's TFC IPTV Subscription Service; (ii) with active subscription and no outstanding payments due; and, (iii) have set-top boxes with version 2.0, 2.1, 3.0, during the Offer Period (the "Customer/s; "You"; "IPTV Subscribers"). Void where prohibited.
2. Offer is from March 15, 2022 until May 27, 2022.
3. The following offer by ABS-CBN will be enjoyed by eligible IPTV subscribers who will subscribe to a new iWantTFC Premium Plan, with auto-payment renewal enrollment:
- 1-Month free iWantTFC Premium Subscription access
- FREE Amazon Firestick Lite or Roku Streaming Device (as determined by ABS-CBN
- Free Shipping & Handling c/o ABS-CBN
4. To avail of the Offer, Customer/IPTV Subscriber needs to:
- Contact ABS-CBN Customer Service directly to inform ABS-CBN that Customer is accepting the Offer;
- Directly subscribe to the iWantTFC Premium Subscription package (monthly subscription of GBP 7.95) through the registration page on the iWantTFC website, on auto-renewal credit card payments, and accept the Terms and Conditions of iWantTFC;
- Coordinate with ABS-CBN Customer Service to expedite the delivery of FREE streaming device and activation of iWantTFC Premium subscription plan.
5. Customers must accept the Offer before the free streaming device can be delivered to them. ABS-CBN Customer Support may assist the Customers by guiding them through the iWantTFC sign-up or registration process, however, the Customer must directly go through the registration process for iWantTFC subscription.
6. By accepting the Offer, IPTV Subscriber agrees to terminate/deactivate the IPTV service. After the IPTV Subscriber receives the third-party streaming device, ABS-CBN will deactivate Subscriber's IPTV service on the last day of subscription period paid by the IPTV Subscriber, or on May 27, 2022, whichever is earlier.
7. No reactivation or renewal of affected IPTV service account will be processed after May 27, 2022. Any unused credit or payment shall follow the rule on remaining credit or overpayment.
8. Upon confirmation of the Customer's successful registration to the iWantTFC Premium Subscription Package, ABS-CBN will facilitate processing the shipping of the third-party streaming device through third-party courier provider. Shipping is subject to the delivery policy and terms of the courier provider. Upon receipt of the streaming device, IPTV Subscriber must call ABS-CBN's Customer Service to confirm receipt of the device and deactivation of IPTV service at the end of billed period. Failure to confirm receipt and deactivation of IPTV service may result to continuous IPTV billing.
9. The Customer’s use of the streaming device is subject to the separate Terms and Conditions of Amazon, Roku and/or their respective third-party distributors or suppliers. Please ensure you read the applicable Terms and Conditions from these third parties, which are separate and independent companies unrelated to ABS-CBN and their parent and affiliated companies.
For Amazon streaming device:
The Amazon streaming device is subject to a manufacturer’s warranty for such period as indicated in the Terms and Conditions of the streaming device. If you should encounter any issues with the device, at any time during the product warranty period, please contact the manufacturer directly. Any costs, including shipping costs, of any replacement of defective devices outside of the product warranty period shall be for the account of the Customer. For Amazon warranty:

For Roku streaming device:
Roku Express streaming device is subject to a manufacturer’s warranty for a period of one year, or for such period as indicated in the Terms and Conditions of Roku and/or Exertis UK Ltd. If you should encounter any issues with the device, at any time during the product warranty period, please contact ABS-CBN so we can facilitate the request and refer this to Exertis UK Ltd., who will collect the device and replace it accordingly. Any costs, including shipping costs, of any replacement of defective devices outside of the product warranty period provided by Exertis UK shall be for the account of the Customer.
10. The Customer’s iWantTFC Subscription Package is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Subscription and/or Use of iWantTFC, and applicable Privacy Policy, which Customer must review and accept during the registration on the iWantTFC website, also available in these links:

11. For Customers who have existing iWantTFC accounts or access at the time of availing the Offer:
- For those with existing iWantTFC accounts with Premium subscription: You need to subscribe to a new iWantTFC Premium subscription enrolled on auto-payment renewal to avail of the Offer.
- For those with existing iWantTFC accounts on Free plan: You need to upgrade to, or subscribe to, a new iWantTFC Premium subscription enrolled on auto-payment renewal to avail of the Offer.
- For those with existing iWantTFC access through TFC TV Everywhere (TVE): Your TVE account is connected to your IPTV subscription. You need to subscribe to a new iWantTFC Premium subscription enrolled on auto-payment renewal to avail of the Offer.
- General Terms and Conditions:
- Customers may avail of the Offer only once during the Offer Period.
- ABS-CBN reserves the right, at its sole discretion to cancel, modify, withdraw, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Offer with or without prior notice to Customer for any reason whatsoever or any other problems beyond the control of ABS-CBN. Any such cancellation, modification or suspension may be done by ABS-CBN without notice and without incurring any liability whatsoever.
- Customer warrants that he/she has voluntarily availed of the Offer and agrees and acknowledges that ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“ABS-CBN Group”’) shall not be liable for, and that Customer shall hold ABS-CBN and the ABS-CBN Group free and harmless from any loss, claim, suit, proceedings, or damage in connection with the Customer’s participation in, or availment of, the Offer.
- The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
