“iWantTFC-androidTV Bundle”
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  
  1. The “iWantTFC-androidTV Bundle” is an offer of ABS-CBN Japan Inc. (“ABS-CBN”) of an androidTV streaming device (“Device”) to eligible customers who avail of an iWantTFC Premium Subscription Package for a (6) six-month subscription period (the “Offer”). By availing of the Offer, Customer unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with the Offer Terms and Conditions and represents to satisfy all eligibility requirements below.  
 
  1. The offer is available only to ABS-CBN customers who are of legal age and residing in Japan, and who: (i) are existing subscribers of ABS-CBN’s TFC IPTV Subscription Package who opts-in to avail the Device with an iWantTFC Premium six-month Subscription Package; and (ii) can make payments via credit card.  
 
  1. To avail of the offer:
 
  1. Customer must contact the ABS-CBN Japan Customer Service directly;  
 
  1. Customer must subscribe to the iWantTFC Premium Subscription Package, a monthly subscription of Nine Hundred Fifty Japanese Yen (¥950) for a period of at least six (6) months, through the registration page on the iWantTFC website, on auto-renewal credit card payments; and
 
c. Customer must provide the following details which shall be used for purposes of shipping of the Device to the Customer, as well as for monitoring of the required six-month lock in period:  
  1. Full Name; 
  1. Address;  
  1. Email Address;  
  1. Phone Number; and,
  2. Credit Card Information (excluding the 3-digit security number)
 
  1. Important: In case Customer opts to cancel or pre-terminate his/her iWantTFC Premium Subscription Package before the end of the required (6) six-month period, Customer is required to pay for the Device which will amount to Six Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Japanese Yen (¥6350.00) (the “Device Fee”).  
 
  1. Customer will receive a 1st notice via email from ABS-CBN once it has been determined that Customer has cancelled or pre-terminated his/her iWantTFC Premium Subscription prior to the end of the six-month period.
  2. Customer will be given fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the email to communicate or respond to the notice in order to facilitate payment via the nominated credit card, or via other acceptable modes of payment.
  3. If there is no feedback from the Customer within the fifteen (15) days mentioned above, ABS-CBN will charge the Device cost on the nominated credit card on the 16th day .
  4. If charging on the nominated credit card was declined for any reason, a notice to collection agency will be released to the Customer.
 
  1. Customer will receive either: (1.) a one-month iWantTFC Free trial during the initial sign-up subject to Customer’s eligibility; or (2.) a one-month iWantTFC Premium voucher.
 
  1. Customer will be entitled to receive the Device, at no additional cost, within Japan (all shipping and delivery costs shall be covered by ABS-CBN).  
 
  1. Upon confirmation of the Customer’s successful registration to the iWantTFC Premium Subscription Package, ABS-CBN will provide the Customer with the shipping information of the Device and shipping shall be made within ten (10) days from the confirmation of the registration, subject to delays should there be unavoidable and uncontrollable delivery issues encountered by the courier. Upon receipt of the Device, Customer may call ABS-CBN Customer Service for assistance on the Device installation and activation of the iWantTFC app on the Device.  
 
  1. Customers may avail of the offer only once, i.e., each unique subscriber is entitled to purchase only one Device.  
 
  1. The Customer’s iWantTFC Subscription Package is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Subscription and/or Use of iWantTFC, and applicable Privacy Policy, which Customer must review and accept during the registration on the iWantTFC website, also available in this link: https://help.iwanttfc.com/support/home.
 
  1.  The Customer’s use of the Device is subject to the separate Terms and Conditions of the Device manufacturer and/or its third-party distributors or suppliers.
 
Please ensure you read the applicable Terms and Conditions of the Device manufacturer, which is a separate and independent company unrelated to ABS-CBN and their parent and affiliated companies.  
 
  1.  The Device is subject to a manufacturer’s warranty for a period of one (1) year, or for such period as indicated in the Terms and Conditions of Device manufacturer. If you should encounter any issues with the Device, at any time during the product warranty period, please contact ABS-CBN so we can facilitate the request subject to the checking and review of ABS-CBN, who will collect the device and replace it accordingly. Any costs, including shipping costs, of any replacement of defective devices outside of the product warranty period provided by the Device manufacturer shall be for the account of the Customer.

  1.  ABS-CBN reserves the right, at its sole discretion to cancel, modify, withdraw, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the offer with or without prior notice to Customer for any reason whatsoever or any other problems beyond the control of ABS-CBN. Any such cancellation, modification or suspension may be done by ABS-CBN without notice and without incurring any liability whatsoever.  
 
  1.  Customer warrants that he/she has voluntarily availed of the Offer and agrees and acknowledges that ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“ABS-CBN Group”’) shall not be liable for, and that Customer shall hold ABS-CBN and the ABS-CBN Group free and harmless from any loss, claim, suit, proceedings, or damage in connection with the Customer’s participation in, or availment of the offer.  
 
  1.  The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.  
 
  1.  The offer shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
 
  1. ABS-CBN is collecting your information for the purposes of processing your request to avail of this offer. We may use and disclose your information for the purposes of operating the offer, as well as any other use and disclosure practices described in our Privacy Policy, including transfers of the information to countries described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not provide this information, we will be unable to process your request to avail of this Promo.
