1. The “HIH Day – 50% Discount Offer for iWantTFC Premium” campaign is a promotional offer ABS-CBN Spain SLU (“ABS-CBN”) to provide fifty percent (50%) discount for a one-month subscription period to the iWantTFC Premium Plan to eligible customers who purchase or avail of an iWantTFC Premium Plan subscription during the Promo Period (the “Promo”). By availing of the Promo, Customer unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with the Promo Terms and Conditions and represents to satisfy all eligibility requirements below. In addition, Customer agrees to accept the decisions of ABS-CBN in connection with the Promo as final, binding and non-appealable.

 

2. The “Promo Period” will be from April 14, 2022 (12:00 a.m. GMT +8) to April 20, 2022 (11:59 p.m. GMT +8).

 

3. The Promo is offered and is available to ABS-CBN customers who will purchase an iWantTFC Premium Plan subscription during the Promo Period via web purchase, and who meet ALL of the following requirements at the time of availing the Promo (the “Customer/s”; “You”):

a. You are of legal age and legally residing in the European Union countries; and,
b. You previously subscribed to iWantTFC Premium Plan and are now on the iWantTFC Free Plan; and,
c. You will be using the same payment information (credit/debit card details) currently associated with your iWantTFC account in this new Premium Plan subscription; and,
d. You previously availed of, or are not eligible for, the 1-Month Free Trial under iWantTFC’s Terms and Conditions of Subscription and/or Use.

4. To avail of the Promo, participating Customer must do the following:

1) Sign up and create an iWantTFC account on the website https://iwanttfc.com. If you already have an existing account, enter your credentials and log in.
2) Click the “UPGRADE” button on the “My Account” Page.
3) Click SELECT under Premium Plan option.
4) Enter your payment/billing details.
5) Enter “HIHDAY50” in all caps on the Promo Code field and click the APPLY button. Wait for the total price to be updated.
6) Click the “PLACE ORDER” button to complete your transaction.
7) Upon successful purchase, you are now subscribed to iWantTFC Premium Plan and will be redirected to the iWantTFC homepage. Click PLAY to start watching your Kapamilya favorites on iWantTFC.
 

5. The 50% discount for a one-month subscription period will be applied only to the first month of subscription to the iWantTFC Premium plan. Thereafter, regular price for monthly subscription will apply. 

 

6. This Promo is only available for purchases on https://iwanttfc.com. This is not available for purchases on the iWantTFC app.

 

7. Participating Customer may avail of the Promo, and use the Promo Code, only once during the Promo Period. This limited-time promotion cannot be combined or applied with any other existing promotion, discount, or offer (such as iWantTFC’s 1-Month Free Trial).

10. ABS-CBN reserves the right, at its sole discretion to cancel, modify, withdraw, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Promo with or without prior notice to Customer for any reason whatsoever or any other problems beyond the control of ABS-CBN.  Any such cancellation, modification or suspension may be done by ABS-CBN without notice and without incurring any liability whatsoever.

 

11. Customer warrants that he/she has voluntarily availed of the Promo and agrees and acknowledges that ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries and affiliates, including their directors, officers, agents, partners, and employees (“ABS-CBN Group”’) shall not be liable for, and that Customer shall hold ABS-CBN and the ABS-CBN Group free and harmless from any loss, claim, suit, proceedings, or damage in connection with the Customer’s participation in, or availment of, the Promo.

 

12. ABS-CBN and the ABS-CBN Group shall not be held liable for the following: a.) technical, hardware, software malfunctions of any kind; b.) lost or unavailable network connections; c.) failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promo.

 

13. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

 

14. This Promo, including any questions concerning the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of Spain.
