“ASAP: DonBelle Meet and Greet” (“Giveaway”) Official Rules (U.S. & CANADA) 
 

Open to all U.S. and Canada residents during promotion period (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, U.S. Territories and Possessions, Québec, and wherever prohibited by law) who are of the age of majority in his/her state/province/country of residence as of date of entry.  No purchase necessary to join.  Offer period: 10/24/2022 12:00:00 a.m. PT – 10/28/22 11:59:00 p.m. PT.  Sponsored by ABS-CBN International. 

  1. Offer Period: The “ASAP: DonBelle Meet and Greet” (“Giveaway”) begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on Oct. 24, 2022 and ends 11:59:00 p.m. PT on Oct. 27, 2022 (“Giveaway Period”). 

 2.   Eligibility:  The Giveaway is only open to all U.S. and Canada residents during promotion period (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, U.S. Territories and Possessions, Québec, and wherever prohibited by law) who are of the age of majority in his/her state/province/country of residence as of date of entry.  Employees of ABS-CBN International (“Sponsor”), their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agencies, their respective partners, dealers, retailers and prize suppliers (collectively, the “Sponsor Affiliates”), any of the members of their immediate family (defined as spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren) or same household of each are not eligible to participate.  This Giveaway is void in Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, U.S. Territories and Possessions, Québec, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law, and is subject to all applicable provincial, municipal, federal, state and local laws and regulations. 

  1. How to Enter (submission of entries): You (the individual) must Step 1) be an ASAP Las Vegas ticket holder; Step 2) be an IPTV subscriber or an iWantTFC Subscriber.  

Each registered ASAP ticket and IPTV/iWantTFC subscription will have an equivalent electronic raffle entries as follows:  

$350 and IPTV/iWantTFC Subscriber – Ten (10) electronic raffle entries  
$250 and IPTV/iWantTFC Subscriber – Eight (8) electronic raffle entries  
$160 and IPTV/iWantTFC Subscriber – Seven (7) electronic raffle entries  
$130 and IPTV/iWantTFC Subscriber – Six (6) electronic raffle entries  
$85 and IPTV/iWantTFC Subscriber – Three (3) electronic raffle entries  
$55 and IPTV/iWantTFC Subscriber – One (1) electronic raffle entry

All entries must be received by 11:59:00 p.m. PT on October 27, 2022 (end of Giveaway Period”).  One complete submission per person only.  If applicable in the Giveaway, sponsor is not responsible for faulty or mistranscribed telephone communication. Online entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by entrants’ online service will apply. Neither the Sponsor nor the Sponsor Affiliates assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, including, but not limited to, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, printing errors, lost/delayed/garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, telephone/computer equipment, software or any combination thereof.  By joining, you authorize the Sponsor to send you communications regarding its products and special offers in any or all promotional format(s).

  1. Prize and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Twenty (20) winners of ASAP DonBelle Fan Meet for Wednesday November 2, 2022 approximately 5:00:00 p.m. PT registration start.  Venue location to be determined (TBD) and at the discretion of the sponsor.  Offer is subject to any changes and will be announced. Certain restrictions may apply. ARV at $50.00 per pass. Offer has no cash value.  No other allowances included.   

  2. Random Drawings: Twenty (20) winners will be selected via random draw on or about October 28, 2022, from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.  Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to this Giveaway.  Winners may bring one (1) extra guest minor or adult.  Odds of winning any prize are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received by the end of the Giveaway Period. Prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified with all needed details by E-mail.  

  3. General Rules (only if applicable): If applicable federal, state, local, municipal and provincial taxes and other governmental charges, if any, and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of any prize, not specified herein, related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the individual winners. If a winner is a Canadian resident, he/she must answer unaided a time-limited arithmetic skill-testing question as a condition to receiving a prize. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access provider, Online Service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or website; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for faulty telephone communication or for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway which may limit the ability to participate or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for any damage to entrant's computer/telephone in connection with accessing or downloading any information from Sponsor's Websites. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Giveaway if it becomes technically corrupted, and award prizes from eligible entries received prior to cancellation. 

  4. Governing Law and Venue: The Giveaway and these Official Rules will be governed, construed, and interpreted under the laws of the state of California, USA.  Except where prohibited, by participating in this Giveaway, entrant agrees that:  (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, or awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Giveaway but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any  entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim  punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for  actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or  otherwise increased. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.   

  5.
