PH CONSULATE AND G.K. SKAGGS CONTINUE COLLABORATION TO PROMOTE PHILIPPINE LIQUORS IN HAWAII
Consul General Arman R. Talbo met with Mr. Tony Fleming of G.K. Skaggs, a company that imports a variety of Philippine liquors into the U.S, to discuss opportunities for further promoting Philippine products in Hawaii.

12 August 2025, Honolulu – Consul General Arman R. Talbo met with Mr. Tony Fleming of G.K. Skaggs, a company that imports a variety of Philippine liquors into the U.S, to discuss opportunities for further promoting Philippine products in Hawaii. Vice Consul Leizel Caasi also participated in the meeting.
Mr. Fleming highlighted the sustained popularity of Philippine liquors among consumers and shared plans to introduce a craft beer line from the Philippines to the Hawaiian market. He also shared the successful launch of the award-winning Ube Cream liqueur in Hawaii after years of dedicated effort.
Consul General Talbo assured Mr. Fleming of the Consulate’s commitment to supporting Philippine businesses and products in Hawaii, emphasizing the importance of continued collaboration to enhance the visibility and reach of Filipino brands in the local market.
G.K. Skaggs carries San Miguel beer, Emperador and Fundador brandy, Ginebra San Miguel gin, and Ube Cream Liqueur. The Ube Cream liqueur is now available for purchase at top liquor stores in Hawaii, and select Seafood City, Foodland, ABC and Don Quijote stores.
