19 June 2025, Honolulu - Consul General Arman Talbo participated today in the lecture series on Effective Writing and Oratory for Public School Teachers facilitated by Dr. Aurelio Agcaoili, Chair of Indo-Pacific Languages and Literatures (IPPL) at University of Hawaii in Manoa (UH Manoa). The event was held at UH Manoa and attended by Filipino teachers working in Hawaii under the J1 program.
