Mccoy de Leon and Elisse Joson may have parted ways romantically, but their onscreen tambalan remains beloved as "McLisse." Not so long ago, they shared a couple of tender (and very real) moments while promoting their movie, "Sakaling Maging Tayo."
Things got emotional when Mccoy and Elisse were asked to recount their "firsts" and "lasts" during their time together as a couple. Although the two refused to get into the specifics of their break-up, the former PBB housemates have hinted in the past that their relationship had to end because of family issues from both sides.
In "Start It Up" and "Till The End," two online exclusives released on Black Sheep studios' Youtube channel, we catch a glimpse of the feelings that the two young stars may still have for each other.

"I love you"

Elisse recounts the first moment she said "I love you" to Mccoy, and while she mouths it quietly, we catch a sad expression on Mccoy's face. Hay.
Always rooting for each other

Acknowledging their break-up, Elisse recalls how even during their time apart at PBB made her realize that she'll always find herself wishing the best for Mccoy--even when they're not together.

Mccoy gets vulnerable talking about his separation from Elisse. He admits that they tried their best to be ok and in good working terms after they split, and that he always hopes and prays for the best for her even during their time apart.

Even after their break-up, it's clear that these two still have genuine love and concern for each other. Regardlesss of what the future holds for them, Mccoy takes the opportunity to remind Elisse that what he felt for her was genuine, and that he always hopes for her success. He also tells her that he hopes she wouldn't fall for the wrong person, because seeing her hurting would be very difficult to bear.

It's clear that these two young people are very devoted to their families, and here we catch a glimpse of their sacrificial nature. "Sana maging happy na sila," they both agree--without bitterness towards those who allegedly caused them to fall apart.
"Naabot na natin ang mga pangarap natin, pero 'di tayo magkasama...'di tayo ok."

In a bittersweet acknowledgement of their success--"Sakaling Maging Tayo" is their first movie together--Mccoy and Elisse agree that they are still young and are on track in achieving their dreams, even if it also means that they cannot be together.
