WARSAW - Bumagal man ang ekonomiya ng boung mundo dahil sa pandemya, hindi pa rin natinag ang Philippine Trade and Investment Center sa Berlin, Philippine Embassy sa Warsaw at Polish Chamber of Commerce na magkaroon ng ugnayan sa mga potensyal na kalakalan at negosyo sa pagitan ng dalawang bansa.
Sa kanilang business webinar na pinamagatang, 'Let’s Do Business Together: Poland-Philippines, Perspectives and Opportunities for Cooperation', nitong nakaraang linggo, pormal na nag-ambagan ng impormasyon ang dalawang panig ukol sa investment opportunities mula sa gobyerno at pribadong sektor.
Dinaluhan ang nasabing online event ng 94 participants mula sa Philippine at Polish business groups. 'Opportunities. Everywhere, for everyone' ayon kay Krzysztof Kogutkiewicz ang Chief Executive Officer at Co-founder ng Nextbank, isang Polish fintech company na nagtagumpay sa Philippine market.
Sabi ni Philippine Ambassador to Poland Leah Basinang-Ruiz, layon ng webinar ang pasiglahing muli ang business sectors ng dalawang bansa dahil disruption ng COVID-19 pandemic.
'We are confident that this meeting will generate a robust exchange of information and ideas, facilitate discussions and, most importantly, connections that can later translate into real and concrete trade activities and exchanges,' dagdag ni Ambassador Basinang-Ruiz.
