  • OCTOBER 16 – For VIP Ticketholders of Show 1 (Oct 18, 12:30 PM) 
  • OCTOBER 17 – For VIP Ticketholders of Show 2 (Oct 18, 7:30M) 
  • VIP TWO SHOW BUNDLE TICKET HOLDERS – May select 2 on either dates 
Venue: Pacific Coliseum, Hastings Park, Vancouver, BC

 Registration Eligibility:

  • All ASAP Natin ‘To in Vancouver VIP ticket holders are eligible to access the exclusive VIP Meet and Greet and Rehearsal Sneak Peek. 
  • All eligible ticket holders MUST register at mytfc.com/ASAPVancouver. No registration, no access
  • Registration period: from September 15 – October 10, 11:59PM PT 

How to Register:

  • Check your ticket. Show 1 is on October 18 at 12:30PM (Meet & Greet on Oct 16). Show 2 is on October 18 at 7:30PM (Meet & Greet on Oct 17).
  • Go to 👉 mytfc.com/ASAPVancouver

  • Click your show and choose your timeslot and batch.
    â—‹ One ticket = one timeslot. Duplicate entries may be cancelled.
    ​○ Bundle ticket holders may register for 2 slots—on the same or different days.

  • Each ticket holder must register for themselves. No companions allowed without a valid VIP ticket.

REHEARSAL SNEAK PEEK SCHEDULE

  1. Access to Rehearsals
    On the day of your scheduled Meet & Greet, you’ll also get access to rehearsals inside the main hall. Please keep your wristband on at all times — without it, you may be escorted out of the venue. Here is the schedule for Rehearsal Sneak Peek:
    i. Batch 1 – 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM 
    ii. Batch 2 – 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM 
    iii. Batch 3: - 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM 
    iv. Batch 4 – 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM 

  2. Meet & Greet Time
    Be mindful of your assigned Meet & Greet schedule. Make sure you’re in line at the correct time. Once your Meet & Greet is done, you may continue watching rehearsals until your allotted time is up. 

  3. Rehearsal Schedule
    Rehearsals follow a strict timeline, so we cannot guarantee you’ll see your favorite artists rehearse. Enjoy the sneak peek as the schedule allows.

  4. Photography Guidelines
    You may take photos during rehearsals (no flash allowed), and we encourage you to share them on social media using #ASAPinVANCOUVER. Please note: video recording is strictly prohibited.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Registration:  
    a. Each participant may register for one (1) ticket only, which grants access to one person. Companions without the corresponding VIP ticket will not be allowed.  
    b. If participant has a VIP Two Show Bundle Ticket, s/he may register for two (2) different timeslots either on the same day or on separate days 
    c. Personal Registration: Registration must be completed personally using a valid email address, which will be used for all communication confirmations. Registering on behalf of others is prohibited. 
    d. Multiple registrations are strictly prohibited and may result to cancellation of all submitted registrations 

  2. Time Slot Selection: Choose your preferred time slot upon registration. Duplicate entries will be voided; only one time slot per person will be confirmed via email. If a selected time slot is already fully booked, registrant must sign-up for another timeslot.  

  1. Confirmation Process: After registering, expect a confirmation via email and/or SMS from TFC Marketing within 2-3 business days. 

  1. Event Day Requirements:
    a. On the event day, present a valid government ID along with the confirmation email or SMS and your ASAP VIP ticket (physical or digital) at the registration table to receive a wristband. 
    b. Wristband Distribution: Wristbands, which are required for entry to the Photo Op and Rehearsal Sneak Peek, will be issued based on your confirmed timeslot. 
    c. Photo Op Protocol: An official photographer will be present for the Photo Op. Personal photography or selfies during the Photo Op are not permitted. Photo sessions will accommodate groups of ten at a given time.
